Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 45-minute Business Consultation Services (“Service”) offered by Hannah Elisa Travels (“Provider”). By booking this service, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description
This service is a one-on-one virtual consultation lasting 45 minutes, designed to provide strategic advice, business insight, and guidance tailored to the client’s entrepreneurial or creative needs.

​

2. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Payments are processed through Wix’s secure checkout system.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email provided during booking.

​

3. Rescheduling
Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule per session.
Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the original session time.
Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be accommodated.

​

4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, late arrivals, or cancellations. If the provider must cancel, a new date will be offered or a refund will be issued.

​

5. Client Responsibility
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the email on file is accurate. All communication and materials will be sent to the email provided at booking.

6. Results Disclaimer
Strategic recommendations are based on the Provider’s experience and information shared by the Client.
The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or business results.
The Client is solely responsible for implementing any guidance or resources provided.

7. Intellectual Property
All templates, resources, and strategies shared during the consultation are for the Client’s personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or duplication of any materials without written permission is prohibited.

​

8. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Likewise, the Client may not record or share screenshots or content from the session without written consent.

​

9. Technology Requirements
Sessions are held via Zoom. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and access to the platform.

​

10. Late Policy
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in extended time or partial refunds.
